This award will be given out each year by the current Chief of Department in remembrance of Chief Aiken.  

 

It will be given to someone the Chief feels has shown Extraordinary Service and Devotion to the Fire District.  

 

Since 1998 this person started at North Thompsonville as a firefighter. He worked his way up through the ranks and came to Shaker Pines in 2009 taking the role of Deputy Chief. He has now become our Chief taking the lead role starting in 2022.

 

Jim is a man of few words but gets stuff done. Straight forward and to the point, he is always here for the members and the district of Shaker Pines. Congratulations to you Jim!
